Important party information
Cancellation & rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable because they secure your event date, coaches, staff, equipment and preparations. If plans change, we will do our best to accommodate one rescheduling request based on availability.
Party room & extra time
Your package includes the party-room time shown above. Additional time is $30 + HST per 15 minutes and must be approved in advance. The same charge applies if your group stays beyond the booked time.
Arrival
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled start time so you can check in, organize belongings and get ready for the celebration.

Safety first
Important birthday party rules
Children ages 2–4
A parent must assist their child during the gymnastics portion. Parents may assist but are not permitted to use the equipment.
Children ages 5 and older
Parents and guests are not permitted inside the gym. They are welcome to enjoy the party from our designated viewing area.
These requirements support participant safety and comply with our insurance and sport-governing-body requirements.
Food & drinks
Keep refreshments in the party areas
- Water is permitted in the gym.
- All other snacks and drinks must remain in the viewing area or party room.
- Our entire facility is nut-free.
- A refrigerator is available for food, drinks and birthday cakes until your party room is ready—please ask a staff member upon arrival.
