Beginner Circus ClassNo previous circus experience required · 60 minutes+
Our Beginner Circus Class is designed for children who are new to circus arts. Students have the opportunity to experience a variety of circus equipment while developing basic circus skills, coordination, strength, body awareness and confidence.

Beginner Circus & Gymnastics ClassNo previous gymnastics or circus experience required · 60 minutes+
Our Beginner Circus & Gymnastics Class combines introductory gymnastics and circus arts in one program. Students may work on rolls, cartwheels, handstands, bridges and other foundational skills. The lesson plan includes participation on gymnastics equipment, while circus equipment rotates so students have the opportunity to experience the different apparatus throughout the program.

Beginner Aerial SilksNo experience required · 45 minutes+
A welcoming introduction for children beginning their aerial journey. Students work exclusively on aerial silks and learn fundamental climbs, foot locks, hanging positions and beginner poses while becoming comfortable moving with the fabric. Ground-based conditioning is included to develop the core and upper-body strength needed for safe progress. Aerial silks is a beautiful and challenging circus art in which suspended fabric is used to create wraps, locks, poses and dynamic movement. Our focus is on correct technique, confidence and building strength and knowledge from the ground up.
No previous aerial experience is required. Students should be comfortable following coach instructions and participating independently in an age-appropriate class.
Intermediate Aerial SilksPrevious aerial experience required · 60 minutes+
The Intermediate Silk program is designed for students progressing from Beginner Silks, Circus, or appropriate Gymnastics training. Participants work exclusively on aerial silks while improving technique, control, strength and independence.

Students should have a clean single and double foot lock, be comfortable with basic aerial movements and be able to climb the silk halfway without assistance.
Participants may have the opportunity to perform in our Year-End Circus Show. Students wishing to participate in the show are required to take the appropriate additional training and choreography sessions when offered.
Pre-Advanced Aerial SilksIntermediate Silks required · 60 minutes+
The Pre-Advanced Silk program is designed for students progressing from the Intermediate level. Students work exclusively on aerial silks while developing the control, strength, endurance and technical knowledge required for advanced aerial work.

Students must be able to climb the silk all the way up. They must also have a strong understanding of Intermediate Silk locks, climbs, inversions, wraps and drops, and be able to perform skills such as Scorpion, Angel Butterfly and Star Drop safely, with control and without continuous assistance.
Participants may have the opportunity to perform in our Year-End Circus Show. Students wishing to participate in the show are required to take the appropriate additional training and choreography sessions when offered.
Advanced Aerial SilksPre-Advanced Silks required · 60 minutes+
The Advanced Silk program is designed for experienced students progressing from the Pre-Advanced level. Students work exclusively on aerial silks, with an emphasis on safe execution, technical accuracy, fluid movement, endurance and performance quality.

Students must demonstrate consistent Pre-Advanced Silk technique, including secure locks and wraps, controlled inversions and drops, strong climbing ability, body control and the ability to remember and perform multi-step sequences independently.
Participants may have the opportunity to perform in our Year-End Circus Show. Students wishing to participate in the show are required to take the appropriate additional training and choreography sessions when offered.
Intermediate Aerial HoopPrevious aerial experience required · 60 minutes+
Suitable for students moving from Beginner Hoop or with relevant experience in silks, circus or gymnastics. Participants work only on aerial hoop, learning intermediate mounts, transitions, inversions, poses and flowing combinations. Conditioning develops the core and upper-body strength required for increasingly independent work. Students build control and confidence while learning how to connect skills smoothly around and beneath the hoop.
Students must be able to climb the rope or silk halfway up. They should also be able to mount the hoop safely, hold basic hanging and seated positions, perform foundational poses and transitions, and support their body weight with control.
Pre-Advanced Aerial HoopIntermediate Hoop required · 60 minutes+
This class is for students who have mastered the Intermediate level. Training focuses on pre-advanced transitions, inversions, poses and combinations performed exclusively on aerial hoop. Students continue strength and conditioning work while learning to move with greater precision, control and fluidity. The program prepares aerialists for the increased technical and physical demands of advanced hoop skills.
Students must be able to climb the silk all the way up. They must also perform Intermediate Hoop mounts, inversions, poses and transitions safely and independently, with sufficient strength, flexibility and control to connect skills into combinations.
Advanced Aerial HoopPre-Advanced Hoop required · 60 minutes+
Designed for experienced hoop students ready for advanced training. Participants learn challenging transitions, inversions, poses, dynamic movements and longer combinations on the aerial hoop. Conditioning supports the strength and endurance needed for these skills, while coaching emphasizes precision, confident execution, artistry and smooth connections between movements.
Students must be able to climb the silk all the way up. They must also demonstrate consistent Pre-Advanced Hoop technique, strong and controlled inversions, secure transitions above and below the hoop, endurance and the ability to perform longer sequences independently.
Intermediate Aerial HammockPrevious aerial experience required · 60 minutes+
For students progressing from Beginner Hammock or bringing suitable experience from silks, circus or gymnastics. The class develops intermediate locks, drops, inversions, poses and transitions while students work exclusively on aerial hammock. Core and upper-body conditioning is incorporated throughout. The goal is to build safe technique, strength, confidence and greater independence in the fabric.
Students must be able to climb the silk halfway up and perform foundational aerial movements safely and independently.
Pre-Advanced Aerial HammockIntermediate Hammock required · 60 minutes+
Designed for students moving from Intermediate Hammock or another approved intermediate aerial class. Training includes pre-advanced locks, drops, inversions, poses, transitions and connected sequences. Students work only on aerial hammock and continue conditioning to improve strength and endurance. They learn to wrap, rotate and travel through the fabric with increasingly refined technique and control.
Students must perform Intermediate Hammock locks, inversions, poses, transitions and introductory drops safely and independently, with the strength and control needed for multi-step sequences.
Advanced Aerial HammockPre-Advanced Hammock required · 60 minutes+
For experienced students progressing from Pre-Advanced Hammock or another approved pre-advanced aerial class. Participants train advanced locks, drops, inversions, transitions, poses and dynamic combinations exclusively on the aerial hammock. Conditioning supports the strength and stamina these skills require. Classes emphasize safe execution, technical accuracy, fluid movement and performance quality.
Students must demonstrate consistent Pre-Advanced Hammock technique, secure locks and wraps, controlled inversions and drops, strong body awareness, endurance and independent execution of longer combinations.
